General Terms:
All items sold "as is where is" with no warranty expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability of fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. All written material is subject to change so please call before traveling for particular unit. Announcements made day of the auction take precedence over printed material.

Payment:
Hay sales: Cash or Credit Card ONLY! Equipment payment must be made auction day by cash, cashiers check, personal or company check, Visa or Mastercard. A 3% buyers premium is in effect with a 3% discount for payment by cash or check which makes your buyer premium 0%.

Sales Tax:
All items will be charge 6% Michigan Sales Tax. For exemption on sales tax for ag, resale, industrial processing or other valid use, buyers will need to sign the appropriate sales tax exemption form.

Registration Notice-Rules & Conditions of Auction:
Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register and obtain a bidders card. Auction heats not responsible for accidents or items after sold. Nothing to be removed until settled for. Loading facilities available. Trucking, food concessions and potties will be available.
